Who? Me?
Well, being outdoors means everything to me and that's how I spend my free time, taking outdoor photos and videos, and traveling to the most awe inspiring places I can think of, such as South Africa, Iceland, Antarctica, Patagonia, Australia, all around New Zealand where I'm currently based, and Brazil my home country.
Meanwhile my professional life has been devoted to advertising film production. As a Film Producer I currently work at Resonate, a production company based in Christchurch, New Zealand's South Island, after working for 5 years at Paranoid Brazil Films and other 5 years at AlmapBBDO advertising agency producing high end tv commercials for the major brands in all segments.
Traditional education consists of a Bachelor's degree in Image and Sound by the Federal University of Sao Carlos (UFSCar) in Brazil, and a recent Graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Outdoor Education by the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT) in New Zealand. The real fun part came with some very interesting additional courses like Wildlife Filmmaking by the Wildlife Film Academy in South Africa, Mountain Skills by Icelandic Mountain Guides in Iceland, a Bush-Walking Leader qualification by New Zealand Outdoor Instructors Association (NZOIA), and some film post-production courses in a distant past.
